5.3 Currency. All transactions on pak111 are denominated in PKR. Where deposits or withdrawals are made in a different currency, conversion rates applied by the relevant payment provider will apply. pak111 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate variations.

5.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits made from payment accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder will be refunded and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on pak111 are subject to acceptance by pak111 at its sole discretion. pak111 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason, including where system errors, incorrect odds, or suspicious activity are identified.
7.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded where: a match is abandoned or postponed without resumption within 48 hours; an event does not commence as scheduled and is not rescheduled within 48 hours; or an obvious error in odds is identified and confirmed by pak111's trading team.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pak111's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded by law.
